This website is provided to give you information about our services and an easy way to request a free quote. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes and not to submit false, misleading, or malicious information through our forms.
Quotes provided through our website, WhatsApp, or by phone are estimates based on the information you provide (e.g. approximate surface area, location, and service type). Final pricing is confirmed after a site visit or inspection, since actual ground conditions, access, and material requirements can affect the final cost. A quote does not constitute a binding contract until both parties confirm the scope of work and price in writing (including via WhatsApp confirmation).
Once a quote is accepted, we may require a deposit before scheduling work, with the balance due on completion or per an agreed payment schedule. Specific deposit and payment terms will be confirmed with you directly for your project and are not fixed on this website.
You agree to provide reasonable access to the site for the agreed work dates, and to disclose any known underground services (pipes, cables, septic systems, etc.), access restrictions, or hazards. Delays caused by restricted access, undisclosed site conditions, or weather are outside our control and may affect the completion timeline.
We stand behind our work with heavy compaction as standard practice and a weed-free surface guarantee on our paving and tar work, the specific terms of which will be confirmed with you at the time of quoting. Our guarantee covers defects in workmanship under normal use and does not cover damage caused by: excessive loads beyond the surface's design specification, ground movement or subsidence unrelated to our work, third-party damage, or lack of routine maintenance.
To the extent permitted by South African law, Homeboy Tar-Pave's liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the value of the work performed for that specific project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under South African consumer protection law.
If you need to cancel or reschedule confirmed work, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations made after materials have been ordered or site work has begun may be subject to a charge covering costs already incurred, which we will discuss with you directly.
Payment terms (deposit amount, milestone payments, final payment) will be agreed with you in writing before work begins. We reserve the right to pause work if agreed payment milestones are not met.
